Jedrt Lapuh Maležič (1979) je samozaposlena prevajalka leposlovja in humanistike iz angleščine in francoščine, ki v zadnjih letih tudi piše. Lani sta izšli njeni kratkoprozni zbirki Težkomentalci (LUD Literatura) in Bojne barve (Škuc Lambda), trenutno pa se ukvarja z romanom, katerega izid je predviden za naslednje leto. Je navdušena konzumentka kulturnih prireditev, od predstav in projekcij do literarnih večerov. Med avtorji, ki jih je z veseljem prevajala, so tudi Jeet Thayil, Julie Otsuka, Khaled Hosseini, Nelson Mandela, Matthew Lewis, Ransom Riggs, Mircea Eliade, Eve Ensler, Miguel Ruiz itd.

Jedrt Lapuh Maležič (1979) is a self-employed translator of literature and humanities from English and French. In recent years she also writes. Last year she published collections of short stories Težkomentalci (LUD Literatura) and Bojne barve (Škuc Lambda). Currently, she is writing a novel, the publication of which is scheduled for the next year. She is enthusiastic consumer of cultural events, from performances and screenings to literary evenings. Among the authors she joyfully translated there are also Jeet Thayil, Julie Otsuka, Khaled Hosseini, Nelson Mandela, Matthew Lewis, Ransom Riggs, Mircea Eliade, Eve Ensler, Miguel Ruiz, etc.

Boring Couple so lansko jesen v samozaložbi objavili dva digitalna albuma dvanajstih pesmi (Dolgočasni pari in Krave na https://boringcouple.bandcamp.com), ki so jih s Primožem Vozljem posneli na podstrehi Vodnikove domačije in jih nato predstavili na več koncertih. Njihovo spevno in počasno (tako rekoč komorno) glasbo zaznamujejo daljša, pogosto meditativna besedila in združitev številnih glasbenih vplivov (od folka, alter-country-rocka, do jazza in funka).Pripravljajo že tudi nov material za album, ki bo naslovljen Našvil. Del tega materiala boste lahko slišali tudi na njihovem tokratnem nastopu.

Boring Couple published in last autumn in self-publishing two digital albums of twelve songs (Dolgočasni pari/Boring couples and Krave/Cows on https://boringcouple.bandcamp.com). They recorded them with Primož Vozelj in the attic of Vodnikova domačija and then presented them in several concerts. Their melodic and slow (so to speak chamber) music is characterized by long, often meditative texts and a mixture of several musical influences (from folk, alter-country-rock to jazz and funk), although they do not burden themselves with genre definitions. They are already preparing a new material for the album, which will be called Našvil. At their concert we will hear a part of this material.
